CYBERINSPECT DISCLAIMER NOTICE

CyberInspect provides automated cybersecurity analysis and does not guarantee complete threat detection.Users must cross-reference reports with professional manual evaluations.

01

General Information

The information, vulnerability analysis, risk telemetry, and AI remediation code snippets provided on CyberInspect AI are intended for security training, threat awareness, and website diagnostic purposes only.
02

No Security Guarantee

Cybersecurity threats evolve rapidly. CyberInspect does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that its scanning sweeps will detect all security flaws, weak configurations, server exploits, or code vulnerabilities present on a targeted server. Use of CyberInspect AI does not guarantee protection against data breaches, hack attacks, or DDoS occurrences.

🚨 ABSOLUTE DETECTION LIMITATION:
CyberInspect does NOT guarantee 100% vulnerability detection.
Not a Full Pentest
Not a Human Audit
Not an Exploit Engine
Not a Code Guarantee
Not a Compliance Certificate
03

False Positives & False Negatives

Vulnerability scanners analyze configurations passively and actively, which can result in false positives (flagging secure features as high risk due to header configurations) or false negatives (failing to identify custom SQLi vectors, complex logic flaws, or zero-day weaknesses).

Passive analysis mismatch: Flagging secure headers due to proxy configs.

Logic flaw limits: Automated crawlers failing custom business logic.

Zero-day lag: Time-window before scanner rules are updated.

Heuristic variance: AI models predicting risks instead of verifying.

Encrypted block: Inability to audit backend service call hierarchies.

04

AI Suggestions Are Advisory

The remediation instructions, explanations, and patch code generated by our Gemini AI models are intended as advisory recommendations. Users must manually review, test, and adapt all code patches in a sandboxed staging environment before deploying them to live servers. AI recommendations should not replace professional security audits.

Not a Pentesting Replacement

Automated sweeps are a diagnostics baseline. CyberInspect AI is not a substitute for a comprehensive human penetration test or professional code auditing conducted by accredited cybersecurity consultants.
